The Challenges

HDB’s role: HDB have been the lead consultant and project manager on the Weemala Residential Subdivision. The initial 1 into 137 Lot Subdivision in 6 stages has been granted development approval, and is being progressed through the construction certificate phase. The site has presented unique challenges due to its history as the previous Pasminco Cockle Creek Site.
