The Challenges

HDB’s role: HDB have been the lead consultant and project manager on the Weemala Residential Subdivision. The  approval for the whole development has been granted , and is being progressed through the construction certificate phase. The site has presented unique challenges due to its history as the previous Pasminco Cockle Creek Site.
