The DA for 48 lots at Denton Park Drive, Aberglasslyn has been approved by Maitland City Council. Residential lots of over 600m2 will be delivered to the market with the project being delivered in three stages. Stage 1 will consist of lots fronting Denton Park Drive. Construction is planned to commence in late 2019.
