Kerry founded HDB Town Planning and Design in 1997 after a high-level career in local government spanning more than 2 decades. His long history in the engineering and Planning & Development industries has allowed him to forge strong professional associations across all levels of Government, alongside the expertise and experience this required to provide workable solutions to complex planning challenges.Linkdin
Mathew Egan – HDB Principal Planner
Having spent more than a decade working in local government in a strategic and statutory planning role, Mathew came to HDB with a wealth of experience managing complex projects involving community and governmental stakeholders.
Matthew holds qualifications in urban design and his background in environmental management strengthens his ability to provide practical, sustainable development solutions that add-value and innovation to our projects.Linkdin
Tony O’Beirne – Engineering Design
Tony has been in the land development arena since 1984 and can assess and advise on subdivision layouts, road, and stormwater design. He is accredited with Hunter Water for reticulated water and sewer design and supervision. With experience ranging from two lot to 2000 lot residential precincts, he has the knowledge and the contacts to ensure your development experience is trouble free.
